Punta Gorda Construction Management,
Inc. is a fully licensed and insured General Contracting company
based in Punta Gorda, providing Southwest Florida with a variety
of construction services. We are personable, easy to reach and
have an impeccable sense of responsibility. Our project managers
and superintendents consist of experienced, seasoned veterans of
the construction industry.
We have a strong base of repeat clients and the majority of
their contracts are negotiated. This results in a project
mutually beneficial to both the owner and the contractor. This
arrangement offers a higher quality project that can be either
an open-book system or conventional stipulated sum contract,
allowing more owner participation and control of the final cost.
Owner, Ken Dunn has been in the construction industry for over
35 years. Ken worked with the construction department of the
McDonald’s Restaurant Corporation for over 15 years and served
on the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House of Northwest
Ohio. He now resides in Punta Gorda and has strong ties to his
community and its people. He has completed a multitude of
construction projects including building and remodeling of
restaurants, storage facilities, multiple use buildings,
affordable housing, churches, schools, historical structures,
nursing facilities and health care complexes.
