The
Sunloft Center in Punta Gorda, Florida
The Sunloft Center in Punta Gorda is the perfect example
of creating tomorrow's landmarks, today. The
Sunloft Center with it's over 154,000 feet of retail,
office and residential space has transformed the city
center of Punta Gorda.
It's striking image has changed the Punta Gorda skyline,
and revitalized the city town center. Boasting its
own public parking garage, it is perfect to bring new
life and customers to its restaurants and businesses.

Historical
Renovation and Restorations: |
The Ice House in Punta
Gorda, Florida
The Ice House is one of Punta Gorda's oldest and most
well known landmarks. Built in the 1890's the Ice
House in Punta Gorda was originally an ice plant for the
fishing industry based out of Punta Gorda. It has
endured the wrath of Hurricanes Donna and Charley,
though not unscathed.
The Ice House suffered major damage from Hurricane
Charley in 2005. The roof was torn off, and the
south wall collapsed.
Punta Gorda Construction Management, working with the
vision of the owners, was able to renovate and restore
it to its original glory.
Today the Ice House is still a lasting landmark in Punta
Gorda, and is now home to thriving businesses.

Metro Self Storage in
Port Charlotte, Florida
One example of several self storage projects we have
worked on. Metro Self Storage faced an increased
demand for storage. We were able to construct
state of the art upgraded additions for their already
existing storage location.

Jack's Restaurant in
Punta Gorda
Jack's is one of the newest restaurants in the bustling
Punta Gorda down town. Housed on the ground floor
of the Sunloft Center, Jack's is perfectly located to
take advantage of the foot traffic drawn to the Punta
Gorda down town area.
Jack's is a great example of how Punta Gorda
Construction Management can build exceptional
restaurants that are both attractive to the patrons, and
well constructed for the owner and employees.

The Trabue Woods Housing
Complex in Punta Gorda, Florida
The Trabue-Woods housing complex was the answer in Punta
Gorda after Hurricane Charley damaged or
destroyed much of the affordable housing for residents
in Punta Gorda.
Government funded, The Trabue-Woods project represents
Punta Gorda Construction Management's ability to work
under government contract and construct attractive and
functional housing.

Industrial Construction |

The Pulsafeeder project, is another example of Punta
Gorda Construction Management taking care of our
Industrial clients. The Pulsafeeder project
involved creating a new assembly line and testing area
for their Punta Gorda, factory. It also entailed a
complete replacement of the fire sprinkler system to
properly protect both the new and old structures. |
